We have specifically formulated our polyurethane lining to meet the specialised demands of pipeline applications. The lining is cast into pipes, T-pieces and bends, creating a seamless lining with no bond joints. UMP’s pipe lining is monolithic and is hydrolytically stable. It is not impacted by the contraction or expansion from temperature variances and by water hammer. It is ideally suited for applications such as the transportation of abrasive mineral slurries in mining, as well as in-plant process piping, mill reticulation piping, tailings transfer lines, slurry lines and concentrate slurry lines.
